Membership click here in this instance is priced at the £5 concessionary rate.
You must provide proof of your 'disabled living allowance' to qualify.

AWAY MATCHES

Supporters with disabilities will be required to fill in an application form over the phone or in person at the Hawthorns' East Stand ticket office for each game.
As there is limited availability for away matches a ballot may be required and supporters will be informed if they have been successful with their ticket application.
